To whom it concerns,

I ordered a 23.65 V2 MULTI COLOR [Size: 240 (US 6) on the 29th of December 2020 and I have still not received the shoes two month later. I have emailed customer service about this issue but I have not received a reply. It says that the shoes are still in transit so I was wondering if this is typical for overseas orders and if it is when can I expect the shoes to arrive? I have been waiting patiently for months but it is now approaching 3 months since I have purchased it and I was hoping I can receive the shoes soon. Thank you in advance and I hope to receive a reply soon!

First of all, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
The place where you live is not able to ship the plane, so we delivered it by ship, but the shipping takes about 1 to 3 months.
Delivery is currently being carried out normally, but I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
Have you checked the delivery?

I just wanted to check to make sure that the shoes are still coming and there are no issues with the delivery - so no worries! I have looked at the shipping status and it said the 'Expected departure date from the port' is January 13th, so I guess I will have to wait for about one more month. Thank you for your reply and for taking the time to clarify the situation!
